Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to Resuleet's website, dashboard, browser-extension features and related services. By using Resuleet, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use Resuleet for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Resuleet. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
The Resuleet service
Resuleet helps users organise job opportunities, analyse role requirements, track applications and prepare resume, cover-letter, selection-criteria and follow-up drafts.
Resuleet is currently a beta product. Features may be incomplete, change or be unavailable from time to time. We do not promise interviews, offers, employment outcomes, application acceptance or compatibility with every applicant-tracking system.
User approval and AI output
Resuleet is approval-first. It does not have permission to submit a job application unless a future feature clearly asks for, and receives, your explicit approval for that specific action.
Generated content is a draft, not professional, legal, migration or recruitment advice. AI and automated analysis can omit context or produce errors. You must review every claim, date, qualification, keyword, answer and recipient before using a draft.
You must not knowingly submit false or misleading information. Where evidence is missing, keep the gap honest or add a genuine example.
Browser extension and job platforms
The Resuleet extension may read visible job information when you open it on a page. If you connect Copilot to your account, those job details are sent to Resuleet to calculate a role rating. Extracted information must still be reviewed before it is saved or used.
You are responsible for complying with the terms, access rules and application requirements of each job board, employer website and applicant-tracking system. You must not use Resuleet to bypass security controls, access restrictions, rate limits, robots instructions or prohibitions on automated activity.
Third-party websites are independent from Resuleet. We do not control their availability, content, hiring decisions or data practices.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Resuleet unlawfully, deceptively or to impersonate another person;
- upload content you do not have the right to use, including another person's personal information without authority;
- probe, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
- introduce malware, extract source code unlawfully or circumvent usage restrictions;
- scrape, spam or submit applications at scale in breach of platform rules;
- create duplicate, false or automated accounts to manipulate referrals or future rewards;
- use generated content to discriminate, harass or cause harm.
Your content
You retain ownership of the resumes, work history, job information, notes and other content you provide. You give Resuleet a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload. You may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal, security and backup requirements.
Volunteer contributions
A contributor expression of interest is voluntary and does not create an employment, contractor, partnership or agency relationship. Resuleet does not promise selection, payment, future work, equity or employment.
Before any contribution begins, we will agree its scope, expected time, attribution, confidentiality and intellectual-property treatment. Do not submit confidential employer information, proprietary code, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the interest form.
Resuleet intellectual property
Resuleet and its licensors own the service, software, branding, interface and related intellectual property. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of Resuleet technology or branding to you.
Plans, renewals and fees
Beta or Essentials access may be offered free of charge. Paid-plan prices, billing frequency, included allowances and cancellation options are shown before you authorise payment. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage a paid subscription from the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise. Plan access may be restricted after cancellation, expiry or an unresolved payment failure.
Any statutory consumer rights, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable, continue to apply.
Availability, changes and suspension
We may maintain, change or discontinue features to improve security, performance or product direction. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that reduce a paid service.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using Resuleet at any time.
Referrals
Members may share a personal referral link. A referral is attributed when a new account is created with a valid code and may be marked qualified when that member completes the candidate-profile onboarding flow.
Referral rewards are not currently enabled. If rewards are introduced, Resuleet will publish the eligibility, timing, limits and redemption rules before they apply. We may reject self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated signups, misleading promotion or other activity reasonably considered fraudulent or abusive.
Warranties and consumer rights
Resuleet is provided using reasonable care, but beta software may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make guarantees about uninterrupted availability, job outcomes, third-party websites or the accuracy of generated content.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Resuleet is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by your reliance on an unreviewed draft, a third-party hiring decision, a third-party platform, or use of the service contrary to these terms.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes, subject to any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere under applicable consumer law.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact privacy@resuleet.com so we can try to resolve the concern promptly and fairly.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version will be published here with its revision date. If a material change affects an existing paid service, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect where practical.
Questions about these terms can be sent to privacy@resuleet.com.
