The Chrome extension did not detect the job

Open the full job-detail page, refresh it, then click Resuleet Copilot again. Some job boards load the description after the page opens. If the site blocks extraction or the result is incomplete, use Add a job and paste the job URL or description instead.

Copilot could not update its connection

Sign in to Resuleet in the same Chrome profile, open Connect Copilot, and reconnect the extension. Return to the job page and reopen Copilot. If the error remains, send us the exact message and your Chrome version. Never send your password or authentication token.

An imported job would not save

Check that you are signed in and that the review form includes a title, company and job description. Correct any incomplete fields before saving. You can also start a fresh import from the job intake page; Resuleet does not submit an application during this process.

I need help with my account or personal data

Use Account settings for your plan and account controls. For access, correction, deletion or privacy complaints, follow the instructions in our Privacy Policy so the request reaches the correct channel.
